About Agilivance

Agilivance is an Agile and Scrum learning platform focused on practical, real-world delivery. The aim is to help professionals move beyond “we follow ceremonies” to clearer work, realistic sprints, and more confident execution in real projects.

Agilivance is built for Scrum Masters, Scrum Practitioners, Product Owners, Developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, and delivery leads who work with Agile teams. The focus is everyday situations: capturing what the user really needs, keeping the top of the backlog usable, planning sprints around realistic capacity, watching flow and blockers on the board, and using simple metrics to learn from each sprint.

Training at Agilivance combines clear explanations, guided case-study style scenarios, and tool-aware examples. Learners see how concepts show up on boards, backlogs, and dashboards using generic Jira and Azure DevOps–style screenshots and workflows (no real client data, no third-party logos), so they can connect theory to how work is actually tracked in many organisations.

Courses and learning paths

Agilivance offers a small, focused set of courses and add-ons:

  • Scrum Practitioner – Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Starts from foundations and builds towards confident Scrum execution from a practitioner’s point of view. Sessions use practical examples, guided case-study walkthroughs, and tool-aware explanations so learners can see how stories, sprints, and metrics look in real work.

  • Scrum Master – Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Follows a full sprint loop from a Scrum Master’s perspective, from refinement and Sprint Planning through Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective. Learners work through case-style scenarios, look at common broken-Agile patterns, and see how team-level work connects to a simple scaled-agile view, with Jira/Azure DevOps–style boards and metrics used as teaching aids.

  • Scrum Practitioner – Self-Paced Learning (LMS)
Short, focused lessons, reference guides, and quizzes to learn core Agile and Scrum concepts at your own pace, including lightweight tool references and examples that illustrate how work might be visualised on common boards.

  • Scrum Master Exam-Only
A structured, timed assessment for learners who want to validate their Scrum Master knowledge through multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. Successful learners earn a digital Agilivance Scrum Master Certificate with a unique ID and verification available on request.

  • Portfolio Project Add-On
A guided mini-project where learners apply what they know to a realistic scenario, create Agile artifacts using templates or their own tools, and submit their work for review. Approved work is packaged into a Project Pack with a unique ID that learners can share with employers.

The website also includes a growing Resource Hub with articles, checklists, and simple frameworks that readers can adapt in their own context. Examples may reference Jira and Azure DevOps using generic, anonymised boards and data; no real client information is used.

Agilivance does not provide job placement, job guarantees, or exam-pass guarantees. All training and resources are intended to support learning, strengthen everyday Agile and Scrum practice, and help learners explain how work flows in their teams using clear, practical language.
