Agilivance Portfolio Project Add On
Make your skills visible with verified Agile work and job-relevant portfolio experience. Customize your track- Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner.
Overview
With the Portfolio Project Add-On, you’ll complete a guided mini-project that mirrors real Agile delivery. You’ll choose a focus—Scrum Practitioner or Scrum Master and follow our templates or use your own tools. Using generic Jira/ADO workflows (no tool access required from us), you will produce real authentic artifacts like user stories, backlog, board, and metrics. We review your submission and issue a Project Pack you can share with employers.
Who This Program Is For

What You will Learn (Curriculum)
You’ll apply core Agile/Scrum skills to a focused scenario (e.g., Online Banking):
- Backlog & Stories: write epics/stories with INVEST and acceptance criteria (Gherkin)
- Estimation & Planning: assign story points, set a sprint goal, outline capacity.
- Execution & Tracking: create tasks, show board movement across To-Do → In-Progress → Done.
- Metrics: produce a sprint burndown and summarize velocity/throughput (simple template provided).
- Review & Retrospective: outline demo talking points and capture 1–2 improvement actions.
- Risk & Dependencies: note assumptions, risks, and how you would handle blockers.
- We provide templates/examples so you don’t get stuck
Scrum Practitioner focus – emphasizes clear requirements, effort estimation with story points, building a simple sprint plan with capacity, and reading team metrics so you can gain confidence of work delivery.
Scrum Master focus –emphasizes planning and facilitating the sprint, tracking progress and analyzing delivery through key metrics and running effective retrospectives so you can be confident about how you help the team deliver.
