  1. Personal data we collect
  • Contact forms : Name, email, role/interest, your message, and your consent choice.
  • Account/Orders (when you purchase): Name, email, billing details (including billing address, country and postal/ZIP code where required), order items, chosen payment method and payment status. For online payments (for example, via PayPal) your card or account details are processed securely by the payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited information from the provider such as a transaction ID, last 4 digits of the card, and outcome (success/failed/refunded) for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. 
  • Live sessions and scheduling: Your name, email address and (where relevant) your chosen time slot or session, so we can send joining details for live instructor-led training sessions, calls or exams.
  • Technical & security data: IP address, user-agent, and similar data processed by our hosting/security to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
  • Cookies & similar tech: We currently use essential cookies only. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Links to video platforms: We do not currently embed video players on our pages. Links or redirects to our videos or channel on third-party platforms (for example, YouTube) do not set third-party cookies on this site; any cookies are set on those platforms’ own domains.
  1. Why we process your data (purposes)
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Answer questions you send via forms or email.
  • Provide information about our courses, ILT, LMS, exam-only options and portfolio add-ons.
  • Provide access to free preview content or short demo videos (for example, by redirecting you to a YouTube video after you submit a form).
  • Help you with technical issues accessing your account or content
  • Arrange and deliver live instructor-led training sessions, calls and exams, including sending joining details for online meetings and using scheduling tools to book suitable time slots.
  • Operate, secure and maintain our website (fraud/spam prevention, availability).
  • Provide outbound links (e.g., to our YouTube channel). If we later add embedded media players on our pages, they will load only after consent as described in the Cookie Policy.
  • Administer purchases/enrolments if you buy a course.
  • Process payments, issue order confirmations, handle refunds where applicable, and keep records needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.

We use third-party infrastructure to host and secure this website and to route email. Contact form submissions are stored on our server. We use third-party service providers to help us run this website and deliver our courses / offerings / training. These may include:

  • An order and billing system for managing purchases and access
  • Form and email delivery services used to collect enquiries and send transactional emails (for example, order confirmations or access details)

  • Video and meeting platforms used to host or stream preview content and instructor-led sessions
  • Online scheduling tools used to book time slots for exams, calls or similar appointments
  • An order and billing system for managing purchases and access

  • Enquiries: typically 6–12 months after last correspondence.
  • Server/security logs: typically 30–90 days, longer if required for security.
  • Orders/receipts: retained as required for accounting/tax/legal obligations.
  • Cookies: per durations listed in the Cookie Policy.

We may use providers with servers outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) provided by those vendors.

All site content (text, images, videos, course materials) is owned by Agilivance and protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution is prohibited. We maintain timestamped publication records and will act on infringement or false claims. Brand identifiers: “Agilivance”, the Agilivance logo, and the site icon (favicon) are our brand identifiers. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or display our name, logo, or favicon—nor imply endorsement or affiliation.
